I grabbed this product on a whim. You know when you're looking for one thing and end up buying something that has nothing to do with the original product... yea it was one of those cases. I remember Moroccan Oil brand products putting so much shine in my hair when I used them on my straight hair, and I wanted to know if I could get the same effects in my natural hair.

How I used it: I used it after a shampoo/condition. I wanted to make sure I was getting the full use of the product, I put a few pumps in my hand and made sure my hair was nicely saturated. I twisted my hair, not adding any additional product, and let it dry for a few hours.

The results: Once I took the twists down, my hair was a lot softer and my moisture felt sealed in. I did notice curl definition and my hair didn't feel dry, and it wasn't half as frizzy as normal. One thing I was upset about was the shine, I really want shiny curls, and this didn't give me the shine I was looking for, but it did give me a little shine. This was easy to overlook because of the way my hair held up, and the definition of my curls.

Would I buy it again: No. I paid 16 dollars for this product (which is normally $30) It was a little more pricey than the other products in my cabinet and didn't shine in comparison to them (bad pun I know). I will however continue to use this product based on these results but I will not buy it again because I was not %100 satisfied, and it didn't meet all of my hair needs. I am currently wearing another twist-set using this product along with a few new added products just to see if i like the results more.
