Okay as soon as you said be creative my mind got a little racey.. *blushes* My first thought was that you can teach your significant other how to search for abnormal lumps. First on a model, then on yourself. :) #TEAM WORK!

You should already know I'm a follower.

My tip is to be cautious and knowledgeable about your deodorant and what ingredients are in them. Antiperspirants have been linked to breast cancer in both women AND men! (check out the National Cancer Institute). I'm a follower!

My tip is to educate yourself! Find out your family's medical history, annual check up's, and research what you don't know.

My grandmother always told me to kept my boobies perky wear a bra going to bed and wear it during the day . Well... studies show that wearing a bra for a long period of time causes breast cancer or makes you more liable to have breast cancer... so with that said my creative way would be let them hang out. Throw the bra away for a day lol.

Also soy and vitamin E doesn't help your boobies either... too much of it can hurt you.

To prevent breast cancer, contact the "Breast Cancer Association", get all the information you can and share it with friends and family, blog it, tweet it, facebook it, get involved, check yourself on a regular basis and encourage everyone you know to do the same.

Check your body at least once a month, my mother is a breast cancer survivor and she found out laying on the couch when she felt the lump, not other symptoms...so CHECK CHECK CHECK!

Control your weight. Obesity has a strong association with greater breast cancer risk, especially in post-menopausal women. It's unclear whether or not losing weight helps lower risk, so the best prevention is to just avoid gaining in the first place.
