Yes To Carrots: Hair & Scalp Moisturizing Mud Mask Review

Lately I've been at Target entirely too much, mostly for hair products and other random things. My new favorite spot there is the CLEARANCE section, it's actually nicely stocked so I was surprised. I saw this Yes To Carrots Hair Mask and decided to give it a try since it was marked down to less than half of the original price. I always hear great things about the Yes To Carrots/ Cucumber line and since I've only tried their lipgloss, I decided to give it a try. I shampooed my hair with another clearance section snag and then applied the mud mask to my hair. The first thing I noticed was the smell, it smells similar to the regular beauty supply cholesterol, so nothing magnificent there. What stood out the most during application was that I didn't need to use the whole jar, when I bought it I already made up my mind that I would need the whole jar to yield any type of results, but this was not the case, I barely even used half of it. Once I finished thoroughly applying it I combed it through, the slip was above average but not all that great for me. My hair did become more soft and manageable almost immediately. The instructions call for about 12-15 minutes, which is about how long it takes for me to detangle my hair. My hair felt amazingly soft after I rinsed it out and it made me wonder what type of results would I get if I actually used heat during this process just to soak it up in the cuticle a bit more.
Overall, I loved this product and for the discounted price that I got it for, I would repurchase it again
(I'd never pay full price, full price is such a dirty word). Have you tried Yes To Carrots Hair and Scalp mask?
