I've been a victim of this myself, blaming my hair for something when it was really my fault. Using what was there versus finding something that worked for me and my hair. I had to learn the hard way that not all conditioner is meant for me and my hair. It always felt sooo dry afterwards. After doing some research and a little bit of trial and error, I increased my daily water intake and changed my conditioner until I found one.
