Listening To Your Hair

Often times we complain about our hair without doing anything about it. What we fail to realize is that our hair isn't doing anything wrong, we are! We are mistreating our hair and not listening to what it needs. If your hair reacts badly to a product, why find different ways to use it? That product simply wasn't meant for you. It happens all the time but some women choose not to accept it because they hear so many great reviews for women it did work for. Our hair is just like the rest of our body, it tells us what we need.. all we have to do is LISTEN. Hair let's us know when it's dry, dirty, dehydrated and lacking vitamins. Instead of continuing what you are doing, why not change your regimen and find something that makes your hair happy? Water has to be the #1 thing that hair needs inside and out. We all know that we should keep our body hydrated but very few women know that it can also affect your hair. And what about the water coming out of your shower??? Some of us are more familiar with "hard" water than others, but let's just state this. Hard water is BAD!! The minerals that are in the water can cause a buildup in your hair while you wash!!

I've been a victim of this myself, blaming my hair for something when it was really my fault. Using what was there versus finding something that worked for me and my hair. I had to learn the hard way that not all conditioner is meant for me and my hair. It always felt sooo dry afterwards. After doing some research and a little bit of trial and error, I increased my daily water intake and changed my conditioner until I found one. (I finally settled with Mixed Chicks Deep Conditioner and haven't looked back since)

SO I PRESENT A CHALLENGE FOR YOU:
Drink the AT LEAST 8 8oz glasses of water a day, along with a daily vitamin supplement specifically for hair (click here) and finding a SUCCESSFUL regimen for you and your hair.

Let me know if you get the results that you are looking for!!!
